Joe Greathouse

Joe Greathouse is an accomplished Zoo Director at Oglebay since April 2016 and has served as an Assistant Professor of Biology at West Liberty University since August 2015. Previously, Joe worked as the Director of Wildlife Ecology at The Wilds from November 2012 to August 2015, and held roles as Curator of Animals and Zookeeper at Oglebay from May 1999 to November 2012. Additionally, Joe was an Adjunct Instructor at West Virginia University between August 2009 and May 2011. Academic credentials include a PhD in Animal Sciences, a Master’s degree in Wildlife Biology, and a BA in Biology, all obtained from West Virginia University.
