Paul Baker

Paul Baker is currently the Transport Operations Team Leader at West of England Combined Authority since September 2020. Prior to this role, Paul was the Surface Access Strategy Manager at Bristol Airport from April 2018 to September 2020, and before that, Paul served as the Integrated Transport Unit Manager at North Somerset Council from August 2009 to March 2018. Paul received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Oxford Brookes University in 1999.
