Robert Cesario

Robert Cesario began their career in 1987 as a Human Resources Director at CIBC, where they worked until 2008. Robert then joined The Hospital for Sick Children as the Director of Human Resources. In 2023, Cesario became the Vice President of People & Culture at West Park Healthcare Centre, where they are responsible for developing and enhancing HR strategies, policies, and programs. Cesario has a track record of successful performance and has extensive experience in senior HR roles.

Robert Cesario completed their education at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 1983 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the same institution, graduating in 1987. Robert also holds certifications from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, including CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) obtained in 2014 and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) obtained in 1998.
