Carnelius D. Gilder

Carnelius D. Gilder, Ed.D, currently serves as the Superintendent of West Sabine Independent School District since February 2016 and has held the position of Director of Academics. In addition, Carnelius D. Gilder has been an Adjunct Instructor at Lamar Institute of Technology since August 2020 and pursues a Doctor of Education at Sam Houston State University, where enrollment has been ongoing since May 2017. Previously, Carnelius D. Gilder worked as an Assistant Principal at Spring ISD from August 2013 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Education in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, all obtained from Sam Houston State University.
