Michelle Pettiford

Michelle Pettiford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle started their career as a Claims Assistant at State Farm in 1998 before moving on to work as a Direct Sales Specialist at GMAC Insurance Services. In 2005, they joined BB&T as a Customer Service Representative and later worked as a Personal Lines Sales Agent at BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc. In 2006, Michelle briefly worked as an Associate Sales Agent at Nationwide before transitioning to BB&T once again, this time as a Relationship Banker. In 2012, they joined Square 1 Bank as a Deposit Operations Specialist and then moved on to Pacific Western Bank, where they held various roles, including Electronic Specialist, Client Support Specialist, and Wire Operations Specialist. Most recently, Michelle has been working at West Town Bank & Trust as a Deposit Operations Support II since 2021. Throughout their work experience, they have demonstrated expertise in deposit operations, wire transfer functions, client support, and sales.

Michelle Pettiford earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Winston-Salem State University. Michelle attended the university from 1991 to 1996.
