Brannon Tupper

Brannon Tupper, PE has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of South Carolina. With a diverse background in engineering and construction, Brannon has held various roles at Bechtel Corporation before transitioning to the public sector as an Assistant Town Engineer at the Town of Farragut. Currently, Brannon serves as the Engineering and Construction Projects Manager at WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP.
