Lorna Holroyd

Lorna Holroyd is a Programme Lead at West Yorkshire Combined Authority, overseeing the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership grant and loan portfolio for SMEs. Previously, Lorna served as a Senior Service Manager managing business support services. Lorna also worked as a Business Funding Manager managing capital grant programs. Prior to their current role, Lorna was the Head of Year at Pudsey Grangefield School, providing care and support to Year 9 students. Additionally, Lorna has experience as a Project Manager at West Yorkshire Joint Services, delivering financial literacy workshops. Lorna holds a Level 7 Executive Leadership Apprenticeship from the University of Leeds, a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester, and attended Greenhead College.
