Maria Lenti

Maria Lenti has extensive experience in human resources, holding roles such as Chief People Officer and Director of Human Resources at Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Commonwealth Electrical Technologies and Servpro of Worcester. Maria also has experience as an Operations Supervisor at UMass Memorial Medical Center and as a Human Resource Consultant. In earlier roles, they served as Director of Human Resources at various organizations, including The Devereux Center and Bernard Haldane Associates New England/Northern NY Region.

Maria Lenti earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire in 1988. Maria also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 1999 and a certification from Worcester Women for Good at Grapevine in 2022.
