Carol Brown

Carol Brown is an experienced professional currently serving as the Program Development & Advocacy Manager at the Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG) since 2018. In this role, Carol supports Area Agency on Aging programs across three counties, focusing on enhancing access to services for older adults. Prior to WACOG, Carol held several leadership positions, including Executive Director at Helping Hands of Yuma, where key responsibilities included fiscal oversight and strategic planning. Carol has also worked as a Hospice Care Consultant at Compassus, Human Resource Coordinator at Harvest Power Community Development Group, and Department Manager at Safety Sam Corporation. Carol holds experience as a Co-Owner of Total Care Lawn and Pool Maintenance, LLC, offering services to both residential and commercial clients. Education was pursued at Chaffey College and Rio Hondo College.
