Debra Knotek's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Sales Consultant at Classic Wine Imports. In 2007, they moved on to Vinfolio where they served as an Executive Sales Specialist for a year. From 2009 to 2010, they held the position of Northern California Sales Manager at TGIC Importers, where they managed sales and business operations in the region. At Chambers & Chambers Wine Merchants, they worked as a Portfolio Manager from 2010 to 2015, growing territory and brands and consistently selling the most expensive wines without discounts. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Account Executive at VOX Network Solutions, responsible for selling a range of products and services to over 100 accounts. From 2018 to 2018, they served as a Regional Sales Director at Advantel Networks before a layoff due to a company acquisition.
