Yasmin Boudebza

Yasmin Boudebza's work experience includes their most recent role as the Global Head of HR at Western Global starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Finsbury Food Group as an HR Advisor from June 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they provided HR advice and guidance to a workforce of 300 employees, supported the implementation of the site's people strategy, and acted as the primary point of contact for generalist HR advice. Before Finsbury Food Group, Yasmin worked at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc for seven years in various positions including customer cafe team member, checkout operator, and personnel assistant in the admin and HR departments. Yasmin gained knowledge of various areas within retail and business during their time there. Additionally, Yasmin had a placement year as a psychology student at HM Prison Service from September 2013 to June 2014, where they gained experience in all areas of the psychology department and provided support with running offender programs.

Yasmin Boudebza's education history begins with their high school education at Devizes School from 2001 to 2011. Yasmin then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Plymouth, completing it from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they attended Solent University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained the CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Currently, Yasmin is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of the West of England, starting in 2020.
