Shandra Adair

Shandra Adair has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Shandra started their career as an HR Station Administrator for US Airways, where they provided administrative support and acted as a liaison for employees. Shandra then worked as an HC Coordinator at Teletech, where they were responsible for managing human capital for a remote customer service team. Shandra later transitioned to a role as a POS Supervisor and Executive Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where they managed sales, customer service, and inventory control. Shandra then worked as a District HR Manager for ASIG, overseeing HR duties for operations in Denver and Seattle. After that, they served as an HR Generalist at The Art Institute of Colorado, handling recruitment, talent management, and salary administration. Currently, Shandra is the HR Director and Benefits/Recruiting Specialist for Western Sugar Cooperative, overseeing all HR functions, benefits, and recruitment for the corporate office and multiple locations.

Shandra Adair attended Colorado Mountain College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Arts degree in Still Photography. Shandra later studied at Brooks Institute from 1998 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor's degree, without specifying the field of study.
