We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Rungis, France on a permanent basis.

As our Financial Controller, you'll leverage your analytical skills to oversee our financial operations in France and ensure compliance with international accounting standards. Your responsibilities will be varied, and there may also be an opportunity to travel to our warehouse site in the South of France, or to our other office locations across Europe and the UK based on business requirements. 

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying key performance indicators and building value-added analysis for operational staff
• Guaranteeing the soundness and accuracy of the figures and data produced
• Produce periodic financial reports and dashboards
• Valuing and analysing stocks
• Analyse business performance, margins and costs
• Make proposals for cost optimisation and manage expenditure
• Drawing up and monitoring budgets in collaboration with various departments
• Analyse variances between budget forecasts and actual results, identifying the causes and proposing corrective action
• Helping to identify ways of optimising financial and operational processes
• Participating in the implementation of the D365 software, drawing up and developing performance indicators and monitoring the company's costs
