Diego Delpiano has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Diego began their career as a Training & Development Specialist at Banco Santander Santiago in 2001. Diego then moved to Grupo Santander (Chile) as an HR Business Partner in 2003. In 2004, they joined BASF and took on various roles including Leader Training and Development for Chile & Peru, Regional HR Head for Compensation, Benefits, and International Transfers in South America, HR Manager for Human Resources Governance in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Director of Global Human Resources for the Care Chemicals Division, and finally, Head of Human Resources for the South America Pacific Coast. In 2018, Diego joined Inchcape Latam as the HR Director for Latin America. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People and Culture - Americas at Westfalia Fruit since 2021.
Diego Delpiano pursued their education in a chronological manner. Diego began their educational journey by attending the Universidad Diego Portales from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development. Following this, in 2006, they attended the Universidad de Chile, where they studied Corporate Social Responsibility. Finally, in 2011, Diego enrolled at the Mannheim Business School, completing an International Executive MBA program in collaboration with ESSEC in France. The program involved modules in various countries such as Germany, France, China, Norway, and Singapore, with a specialization in Business Management.
