Mary Clouse

Mary Clouse has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 with Bell Oaks Company as a Practice Manager specializing in finance and accounting search. Mary then worked as a Search Consultant at Winter Wyman in 2001 and as a Consultant at Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC from 2002 to 2006. At Kennametal, they held roles such as Corporate Recruiter, Global HR Business Partner, and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and HR Communications. Mary'sresponsibilities included designing global talent acquisition strategies, managing recruiting teams, implementing technology systems, and supporting global HR strategy development. Since 2014, Mary has been with Westinghouse Electric Company, serving in various roles such as Senior Director of Global Talent Management and Interim Global Talent Management Leader. Mary'sresponsibilities at Westinghouse involved leading global talent programs and processes, partnering with business leaders to deliver talent solutions, and driving strategies related to company vision, values, culture, and diversity & inclusion.
