Osman Currim

Osman Currim is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and technology leadership. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Tangerine since August 2022, Osman previously held multiple senior positions at Rogers Communications, including Senior Director and Director roles focused on Core Services and Frictionless Tools. Prior experience includes Development Manager at Wealthsimple, Development Manager and Team Lead at GroupBy Inc., and Software Developer roles at BlackBerry. Early career experience includes internships at Facebook and Barclays Capital, as well as a Technical Systems Analyst position at Royal Bank of Canada. Osman holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
