Dan Shank

Dan Shank is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Tyler Technologies since September 2021, Dan has led a diverse team of designers and facilitated the adoption of the Tyler design system. Previously, Dan held roles such as Lead Product Designer at Westmont College, where instruction in User Centered Design was provided, and Senior Product Designer at HG Insights, focusing on data analysis and visualization. Additional experience includes Senior User Experience Designer at Invoca, and Product Manager/UX Designer at TurboPatent, highlighting a strong background in managing products and user experience design across various industries. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westmont College and a Master's in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
