Amanda Vaughan currently serves as the Group General Manager for Culture, Capability & Talent at Westpac, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Amanda held various leadership roles at AXA from November 2018 to April 2023, including Chief Talent & Learning Officer and Group Head of Talent & Development. From September 2015 to October 2018, roles included Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Human Resources Director at AXA Partners. Previously, Amanda was the Regional HR Director for Asia and Global Head of D&I, Talent & Development at AXA Assistance from November 2011 to September 2015. Amanda’s early career included positions as Group Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at McArthurGlen Group, and HR Consultant at Cambridge Consulting Services. Amanda holds an M.Com (Hons) in Strategic Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics from the University of Melbourne, and is currently enriching knowledge through a program in Finance for Non-Financial Executives at IMD Business School.
