Ray Saenz has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Ray started their career as a Design Engineer at Comair Rotron in 1993. Ray then worked at Delphi Automotive Systems, where they held positions as a Product Engineer, Applications Engineer, and Sr. Product Engineer in the field of brake control systems. Following that, Ray joined Westport Power Inc as a Fuel Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer and later served as a Product Development Engineer. Ray worked extensively on cryogenic pumps and developed analytical models for new solutions. Ray also worked at Kinetics Drive Solutions as a Hydraulics Engineer, focusing on hydraulic system design. Finally, they joined Westport Fuel Systems, where they served as an OES Development Engineer, Engineering Manager at Westport Cryogenics China, and Analysis Team Lead for engineering simulations and modeling. Throughout their career, Ray has shown proficiency in various analysis techniques and has been involved in the development and prototyping of innovative projects.

Ray Saenz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 1988 to 1993. Ray later pursued a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, from 1997 to 1999.
