Kim Norman

Kim Norman has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Most recently, starting in April 2023, Kim worked as the Human Resources Director at Westward Look Resort. Prior to that, from 2017 to May 2023, Kim served as the Worship Arts Admin/Stage Manager at ORO VALLEY CHURCH OF NAZARENE. From 2014 to 2017, Kim held the position of Director of Human Resources at DoubleTree By Hilton Tucson Reid Park. Kim has also worked at Phoenix Hilton Suites as the Director of Human Resources from October 2003 to September 2008. Additionally, Kim has prior experience as a Sales/Catering Coordinator at Hilton Garden Inn and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Doubletree Central Laundry. Kim started their career as a Trainer at The Red Lion Restaurant from September 1995 to March 1999.

Kim Norman attended the University of Phoenix, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Kim is currently enrolled in the Portland State University School of Extended, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.
