Steve Harmon has extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Steve started their career at Cumulus Media in 1988 as the Morning Show Co-Host for KPLX. Steve then moved on to iHeartMedia in 1995, where they worked as an Executive Producer and On Air Talent for The Kidd Kraddick Show. Steve joined Beasley-Philadelphia in 1998 as a Morning Show Talent, co-hosting The Donovan McNabb QB Show. In 2010, they joined iHeartMedia again as an On-Air Talent and Executive Producer for the Paul and Young Ron Show. In 1994, they joined Premiere Networks as a BitBoard Media Prep. Steve most recently worked at Westwood One, starting in 2017, and also worked at Shriner Media Podcasts in the same year as the Podcast Executive Producer.

Steve Harmon received the TrailBlazer Award in 2018 from SUNY Adirondack. Steve was recognized as a Trailblazer Alumni Award Winner for their accomplishments in their field of study. Additionally, Steve Harmon holds certifications as a CMA Lifetime Member and ACM Member, which were obtained from the Country Music Association.
