Juniper Maggi has a diverse work experience, starting as an Owner/Technician at Magic PC Repair LLC from June 2009 to August 2013. They then worked as an Emergency Medical Technician Basic for Scottsville Volunteer Rescue Squad from January 2015 to September 2015, responding to various emergencies. They also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician Basic for Assist Ambulance in New York City from October 2015 to July 2018, specializing in Advanced Life Support transports.

From June 2016 to July 2018, Maggi was an Outreach Housing Advocate at Breaking Ground, where they identified and assisted people experiencing homelessness. They then joined Bridge House as a House Manager from August 2018 to January 2021, overseeing a 44-bed residence for formerly homeless and incarcerated adults.

Starting in August 2018, Maggi also took on the role of Residential Counselor at NorthStar Transitions, supporting adults recovering from drug and alcohol dependence in a residential setting. Their responsibilities included crisis intervention and maintaining electronic medical records.

During their time at the University of Colorado Boulder, Maggi served as a Graduate Research Assistant from September 2020 to May 2021, providing real-time monitoring of wastewater for COVID-19. They also worked as a Student Assistant II from October 2019 to December 2020, and as a Laboratory Intern from August 2021 to October 2021.

Most recently, Maggi joined Westwood Professional Services in April 2022 as a Field Services Graduate Engineer.

Juniper Maggi has a varied and extensive education history. Juniper started their academic journey at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School, where they earned an Advanced Studies Diploma from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they attended J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree with a major in Science, graduating summa cum laude.

Juniper then pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Following their passion for environmental engineering, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder College of Engineering & Applied Science, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal degrees, Juniper Maggi has also obtained several certifications. Juniper became a New York State Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) in October 2015 through the New York State Department of Health. Furthermore, they achieved a Graduate Certificate in Global Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in December 2020 and recently obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the same institution in February 2021.
