Kevin Larabee has a strong background in human resources and executive leadership. Kevin served as the EVP of Human Resources at Westwood Professional Services from September 2012 to present, where they were responsible for various HR functions and demonstrated success in leading the organization's growth. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Executive Advisor at Lyman Executive Search, providing HR consulting and executive recruiting services from 2012 to 2013. Kevin also held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at CoreLogic from 2009 to 2012, where they led the HR team for the company's Joint Venture business. Kevin was the VP of Human Resources at Centex Homes from 2004 to 2009, overseeing a $1.8 billion business and managing a wide range of human resources functions. Kevin started their career at Frito Lay as the Human Resources Director and later worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at General Mills.

Kevin Larabee has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Relations/HR from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Kevin also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Colorado College. Additionally, Kevin Larabee has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in July 2017.
