Michael Szeto

Michael Szeto is the SVP and Head of Total Rewards at WeWork. Michael has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources and has been with WeWork for over two years. Prior to joining WeWork, Michael was the Global Head of Total Rewards at Citi for almost 9 years. Michael has also worked at Kwasha Lipton as a Principal for 15 years.

Michael Szeto received a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yale University. Michael then attended Regis High School.
