Susan Catalano

Susan Catalano is the current Chief People Officer at WeWork. Prior to their current position, Susan was a Panelist at the University of Virginia and a Guest Lecturer at Harvard Business School. From June 2009 to January 2019, Susan worked at Citi in various roles including Managing Director, Senior Human Resources Officer, and Global Head of Recruitment. While at Citi, Susan launched the company's social media recruitment strategy and implemented the first global Employee Recognition Program.
