Laura Bova

Laura Bova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Laura is currently working as the Lead Program Manager at WEX since 2023. Prior to that, Laura worked at Capital One where they held various positions such as Director, Delivery Management from 2021 to 2023, and Product Lead, Performing Loans from 2020 to 2021. Laura also served as the Director, Program Management & Governance- FS Servicing from 2018 to 2020, and as the Director / Experience Leader - Capital One Auto Finance from 2017 to 2018. Laura has extensive experience in project and process management and has held managerial positions in companies like Citigroup and Baylor Health Care System. Laura started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Southwest Airlines in 1999 and has since worked in roles such as Vice President & Principal at Intelligent Insight, Inc., and Project Manager, Data Warehouse at Mary Kay, Inc.
