Michael White

Head Of Culture at ?What If! Innovation | Part of Accenture

Michael White has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michael began their career at the Crime Victims Treatment Center in 2005, where they worked as a Community Programs Coordinator. In this role, they managed a team of volunteers providing counseling and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Michael organized trainings, recruited community members, conducted intake interviews, and provided crisis intervention.

In 2010, Michael joined ?What If! Innovation, where they held multiple positions. Michael started as a Senior Producer, where they developed production best practices, managed client relationships, and designed creative workshops for large groups. Michael then transitioned to become an Inventor, where they built and implemented innovation curriculum across different sectors, led innovation projects, and provided coaching to leaders in implementing innovation tools.

Michael's role evolved into being a Lead Inventor, where they continued to develop and implement innovation curriculum, led innovation workshops with various organizations, and trained individuals on innovation tools. More recently, they took on the role of Associate Director, where they pitched, designed, and delivered leadership development experiences, transformed organizational cultures, and built sustainable innovation capabilities.

Currently, Michael serves as the Head of Culture at ?What If! Innovation, where their responsibilities include driving cultural transformation and creating business impact through innovative practices.

Michael White attended Colorado College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art.
