Neena Paul has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Neena is currently a Managing Director at Accenture since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at ?What If! Innovation from 2005 to 2018 in various leadership positions including Deputy Global CEO & Chief Innovation Officer, U.S. CEO, and U.S. Business Leader. Neena also served as the Director, Inventing Practice Leader of The Americas where they led a team of 30 innovation consultants. Before joining ?What If! Innovation, Neena worked as an Account Planner at Merkley + Partners from 2000 to 2005, an Account Executive at Vickers & Benson from 1998 to 1999, and an Account Executive at Rapp Collins Worldwide from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, they are currently working as a Guest Lecturer at Sciences Po since November 2021.

Neena Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa. In 2000, they attended Miami Ad School for an Account Planning Bootcamp, earning a degree in Account Planning.
