Ken Henion

Ken Henion is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations at Wheels Up. Prior to their role at Wheels Up, Ken held various leadership positions in total rewards and compensation at companies such as The Bancorp, GfK, Perspecta, Lincoln Financial Group, Sunoco LP, and Campbell Soup Company. Ken holds an MBA in Finance from Temple University and a BS in Finance from Rutgers University.
