Grecia Villasana

Grecia Villasana has worked in various roles since 2017. Grecia began their career as a Cajero Bancario for ManpowerGroup in 2017. In 2019, they took on a Practicante Área Comercial role for Daltile México - Mohawk Industries, where they were responsible for internal sales at a national level, customer service in the showroom, via email and telephone, technical specifications advice, order capture in the ERP system, planning and logistics coordination of deliveries, order tracking, processing of returns and quality complaints, among other tasks. In 2020, they were an Administrador de Ventas for the same company, where they managed distributors in the Northwest Zone (Sonora and Sinaloa), Baja California (North and South) and Northeast (Tamaulipas and South Texas, USA). In 2022, they began their current role as a Customer Operations Executive for wherEX.

Grecia Villasana attended Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Licenciatura in Negocios Internacionales.
