Julien Roger

Julien Roger has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Julien currently holds the position of VP of Operations at Whimsical since January 2023. Prior to this, they founded Thirdsail in June 2022. In 2017, they joined Humi as the VP of Finance & Operations, where they worked until November 2021. Julien also served as the Payments Product Lead at Humi from September 2017 to November 2018. Before that, Julien founded Abletribe, a Canadian software company specializing in cloud-based payroll, which was later acquired by Humi in August 2017. Julien began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions at RBC Capital Markets, where they worked from May 2011 to August 2013.

Julien Roger began their education journey in 2007 at Queen's University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree. They completed this program in 2011. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, Julien studied at Queen's University again, this time focusing on Mathematics and earning a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree. In 2013, they moved on to McGill University for their Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics and Statistics, which they completed in 2015.
