Vladimir Samoylov

Vladimir Samoylov started their work experience in 2008 as an Engineer at MTS, where they provided user phone support and assisted in deploying online media services for clients. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at Holding Sititek, leading a team and conducting code reviews for e-commerce websites. In 2016, they joined Tvevt as a Backend Developer. In 2017, they joined Evotor as a Senior Software Engineer, eventually transitioning to a Lead Software Engineer role, where they took on tasks such as system architecture and API development. Currently, since December 2020, Vladimir is working at Whisk as a Lead Software Engineer, leading B2B API development in the Shopping and Health domains and collaborating with various teams.

Vladimir Samoylov completed their education at Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU). Vladimir earned a Bachelor's degree in Oral and Written Translation from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Vladimir obtained several certifications, including "Hadoop Platform and Application Framework" from Coursera in 2016 and "Hadoop. Vladimir also completed various online courses such as "Principles of Reactive Programming," "Algorithms, Part I," "Algorithms, Part II," "Functional Programming Principles in Scala," "Cassandra Data Modeling," "Machine Learning," and "Parallel Programming."
