Charlie Kitzinger has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009. That year, they completed a one-week stage at Vega Yachts, Cabinet d'architecture navale, where they learned the different facets of the role of an architect and created models and learned Photoshop. In the same year, they also worked as an arbiter and coach at Tennis Club de Beaulieu, where they were the arbiter for matches in the first division of the National Female and Regional Male leagues, as well as for private tournaments. Charlie also coached children and organized stages. In 2011, they worked as a helping hand for two consecutive summers, performing administrative tasks, coordinating different kitchen posts, and managing the service. From 2014-2016, they worked at Best Mile, Cloud Intelligence For Driverless Vehicles as a collaborator on the European CATS I and II projects, conducting driverless vehicles, welcoming public and media visitors and introducing and valuing the project, creating statistics on vehicle usage, repairing shuttles, and reporting and analyzing operational bugs. From 2018-2020, they worked at Barclays France as an alternant in risk and information management, as well as a project management officer. During this time, they also worked at Demeter as an ESG analyst. Since 2020, they have been the Manager of Customer Success at Whispli.

Charlie Kitzinger began their education in 2010 at lycée albert 1er, where they earned a Baccalauréat Option Internationale in the scientific field. From 2013 to 2015, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) for electrical and electronic engineering. In 2015, they began their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at ESSEC Business School, graduating in 2019.
