Mariam S. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mariam is currently working at Whispli as a Customer Success Manager since 2023. Before this, they worked at Concentrix as a Customer Representative & Ecommerce Advisor from 2021 to 2023. Here, they answered customer inquiries, provided pre and post-sales assistance, and built relationships with customer accounts.

Earlier in 2021, Mariam worked as an International Youth Worker at CIDJ - Centre d'information et Documentation Jeunesse. Mariam'sresponsibilities included promoting youth information projects and contributing to intercultural approaches. Mariam also worked on personal projects such as creating initiatives to promote CIDJ in a social accommodation center.

In 2018, Mariam worked at CODENAF as a Social Projects Technician. Mariam'srole involved executing, monitoring, and justifying projects, as well as providing individual follow-ups and workshops for minors from immigrant and dysfunctional families. Mariam also worked as an Intercultural Mediator and Social Project Technician during the same period.

In 2019, Mariam worked at Grupo Samu as an Education Technician and Social Integration specialist. Mariam'sresponsibilities included accompanying, advising, and training unaccompanied foreign minors in protection, as well as designing and managing activities with a gender perspective.

Mariam S. completed their education from 2013 to 2015 at Huelin High School, where they obtained their Baccalaureate degree in the field of Technology and Health Sciences. Following this, they attended Universidad de Málaga from 2016 to 2020, earning a Social Work Bachelor's Degree in the field of Social Sciences. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including the OLS C1 FRENCH and OLS B1 FRENCH certifications from the European Commission in July 2021 and February 2021 respectively. Furthermore, they obtained the YouthPass Certificate from the European Commission in November 2017 and the B2 INGLÉS certification from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas in June 2017.
