Toby Rowe

Toby Rowe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and project management across various sectors, including data analytics, digital transformation, and national defense. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at White Swan Data since August 2023, Toby previously held significant roles at KPMG UK, including Head of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse workforce and driving strategic projects that resulted in substantial revenue growth. Toby's earlier tenure at the UK Ministry of Defence involved leading complex cybersecurity projects and directing education initiatives for ICT managers. Toby holds a BSc (Hons) in Communications Management from the University of Lincoln and has further strengthened leadership skills at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
