Jared Chafetz

Lead Hardware Engineer at WhiteFox Defense Technologies

Jared Chafetz has been in the engineering field since 2015. Jared began their career as a Student Researcher at the Human Performance and Robotics Laboratory, where they led biomechanical research. In 2015, they also worked as a Modeling and Simulation Intern at Sandia National Laboratories, where they created 2D and 3D engineering drawings and led the design of a tool. In 2016, they began working at Glenair as a Product Engineer, where they used their combined electrical and mechanical skills to develop products for Glenair's STARPAN line. In 2020, they became the Lead Hardware Engineer at WhiteFox Defense Technologies, Inc.

Jared Chafetz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach from 2012 to 2016. Jared then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2017 to 2019.
