Shiri Arad Ivtsan ️

Shiri Arad Ivtsan started their work experience in 2011 as a Product Manager in the Israel Defense Forces, where they participated in all project life-cycle phases and conducted research and evaluation of customer needs. Shiri then worked as a QA Engineer and later as a QA Team Leader at Verint, where they led the quality aspect of products and deliveries to Singapore markets. In 2016, Shiri joined Spot by NetApp as a Solutions Architect and later became a Customer Success Team Leader. Shiri also worked as a Podcaster for Mozzarella - Product Management Podcast in 2018. Shiri is currently working at Mend, where they have held various product management roles, including Product Manager, Director of Product Management, and currently, Senior Director of Product Management. Alongside their professional roles, Shiri has also served as a Product Mentor since 2020.

Shiri Arad Ivtsan ☁️ completed their education at two institutions. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Shiri studied at Leo Baeck Education Center, although the degree name and field of study for this period are not specified.
