Andrew McCrum

Andrew McCrum has a diverse work experience in design and user experience. Andrew is currently a Senior UX Designer at Whitespace where they work on client and internal products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the products meet business and user needs. Previously, they worked at Global Payments Inc., leading the design and user experience for the Genius portfolio, implementing the Genius design system, and mentoring junior designers. Before that, Andrew was a Senior Interactive Designer at Visionworks Interactive, where they designed and built responsive websites, managed a design team, and gained experience in all aspects of design and development. Additionally, Andrew also worked as a freelance Designer and Front-End Developer for various clients, agencies, and businesses, showcasing their versatility in different projects and sectors.

Andrew McCrum earned a BTEC National Diploma in eMedia from South Eastern Regional College between the years 2004 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Foundation Degree in Multimedia Science at Belfast Metropolitan College from 2006 to 2008. Finally, Andrew completed their education at Ulster University from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Interactive Multimedia Design.
