Director, Retail Marketing & Brand Experience at Wicked Kitchen

Jennifer Paulson has over 20 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, branding, and culinary. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Senior Manager of Consumer/Lifestyle Marketing at Davie-Brown. In this role, they developed successful strategic partnerships via integrated marketing campaigns, resulting in cross-promotional value for corporate and entertainment clients. Jennifer then moved to United Online, Inc. in 2004 where they were the Director of Business Development. In this role, they presented and re-established sales initiatives to the organization’s top 500 clients/agencies throughout the Midwest region. In 2006, they joined OnRequest Images as a Senior Account Executive, expanding the market share for creative/technical services with Fortune 1000 companies. In 2009, they became the Culinary Director and Natural Food Chef at The Prepared Kitchen, where they created a creative marketing plan utilizing the hands-on “Adventurous Eaters” program. Jennifer then moved to US Foods in 2013 as the National Program Manager, where they created, executed, and measured multi-channel strategic partnerships. In 2018, they joined IMG as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Culinary Brand Consultant, working to launch the inaugural US Tastemaker event as part of the North American Tastemaker Tour. In 2019, they joined Naturally Chicago as a Sr. Strategist and in 2020, they became the Director of Retail Marketing & Brand Experience at Wicked Foods.

Jennifer Paulson began their education in 1988 at the University of Michigan. Jennifer then attended the Natural Gourmet Institute, NYC in 2008 and 2009, where they earned a Natural Food Chef degree. Jennifer also attended the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in 2008 and 2009, where they completed the Chefs Training Program and earned a Culinary Arts Diploma accredited by ACCET. During this time, they focused on the art of healthful and essential cooking techniques and culinary business principles.
