Oskar Otterstrøm

Oskar Otterstrøm is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and he is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore practice. He has particular competence with questions relating to law of obligations, and his article on restitution of mistaken payments is on the syllabus at the University of Oslo.

Oskar also works with the firm's EU/EEA law practice. He has a background from the EFTA Secretariat in Brussels and has studied Competition Law at Cambridge University and EU Substantive Law at the University of Oslo.
