Tom Salfield

Tom Salfield has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. In that year, they became a Partner at Uniteddiversity LLP, a social change organization that helps people discover, contribute to, and replicate intelligent responses to climate, energy, and economic uncertainty. In 2007, they became the CTO of Hub World Ltd, an innovation lab, business incubator, and social enterprise community center. In 2013, they joined Espians as a Partner, and in 2015 they became the Co-Founder and CTO of Wikifactory, a startup that connects product developers with the tools, skills, and resources to accelerate product development.

Tom Salfield completed an MSc in Computing Science at Imperial College London between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1998 and 2001.
