Alyson Issler

Alyson Issler is a highly experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Corporate Senior Manager of People & Culture Operations at Wilbur-Ellis since August 2019, where expertise in payroll and HRIS supports various sectors including Agribusiness and Nutrition. Prior roles include Director of People and Culture and Human Resources Manager at United Church Homes from September 2016 to August 2019, and Director of Human Resources at Sika from January 2010 to September 2016. Alyson began the career as a Human Resources Generalist at Midwest Acoust-A-Fiber Inc from March 2007 to December 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Shawnee State University.
