Danika Stallman

Danika Stallman currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Wilbur-Ellis since November 2023, having previously worked as a People and Culture Business Partner within the same organization from June to November 2023. Prior to joining Wilbur-Ellis, Danika Stallman had an extensive tenure at Nautilus Inc. from July 2007 to July 2023, where roles included Director of Compensation and Total Rewards, HR Director, HR Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier in the career, Danika Stallman worked as a Principal HR Generalist at both Liberty Northwest and Liberty Mutual from 2003 to 2007. Danika Stallman holds an MBA from Portland State University - School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Finance from Central Washington University.
