Thiago Panicacci has a long and varied work experience. Thiago started their career as a Financial Management Trainee at Banco Alfa de Investimento in 1996 and then worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Mobil Oil from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Accenture as the Head of HR - Accenture ATS Brazil, where they worked until 2007.
