Thiago Panicacci

Thiago Panicacci has a long and varied work experience. Thiago started their career as a Financial Management Trainee at Banco Alfa de Investimento in 1996 and then worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Mobil Oil from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Accenture as the Head of HR - Accenture ATS Brazil, where they worked until 2007.

From 2007 to 2010, Thiago served as the Head of HR LATAM at SITA, a position that helped him gain valuable experience in the Latin American region. Following this, they joined Novartis as the Head of HR BP - Pharma Brazil from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Thiago joined Starbucks as the Head of Human Resources, where they stayed until 2013. Thiago then worked at Wild Fork as the Head of Human Resources for an unspecified period of time before joining JBS USA as the Head of Human Resources in December 2013. Thiago held this position until September 2020. At JBS USA, they had worked in the same role from August 2017 to September 2020.

Thiago Panicacci has a comprehensive education history that spans several years. Thiago attended the Summit Leadership Program from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on Organizational Leadership. In 2009, Thiago pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Chartered Management Institute, specializing in CMI L4- Int. Diploma in Management, which they completed in 2010. Before that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2001 to 2002. Thiago's educational journey began at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Management obtained from the Chartered Management Institute in June 2010.
