Naomi Hyde has worked in various roles in the marketing and customer loyalty fields since 2014. Naomi began their career in 2014 as a Marketing Assistant at Presence Retail, where they worked as a Marketing Intern across three different businesses. In 2015, they moved to Presence Retail Ltd as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for email marketing plans, social media content planning and execution, and creating and designing in-store marketing signage and collateral. In 2016, they joined TJX Europe as a Customer Loyalty Officer, and later became a European Customer Loyalty Manager and Customer Loyalty Marketing Assistant. Currently, they are a CRM & Loyalty Manager at Wild Nutrition.
Naomi Hyde obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London in 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy Marketing. In 2018, they began taking online training modules in Marketing from Circus Street.
