Ryan Wattonville has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Ryan started their career as a Marketing Intern at Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. from April 2015 to August 2015. Ryan then worked as a Student Caller for UCSB Annual Fund from June 2013 to April 2014.
Ryan joined Wilde Brands in November 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator & Brand Ambassador, where they played a crucial role in producing consumer event and trade show marketing collateral. Ryan also worked with the Founder/CEO to craft Wilde Brand's initial brand deck for fundraising and investors. Additionally, Ryan organized events and in-store sampling opportunities to drive brand awareness.
In February 2017, Ryan was promoted to Associate Marketing Manager at Wilde Brands. In this role, they managed the company's Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, implemented a social media content calendar, and designed trade show/partner event materials. Here, they developed and drove all digital social media and email content creation, partnered with the Creative Director and external agencies to establish a content calendar, and conducted monthly revenue and LTV analysis to optimize paid digital strategy.
Most recently, in March 2022, Ryan assumed the role of Growth Marketing Manager at Wilde Brands. As the Growth Marketing Manager, they are responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy across various channels, including DTC, Amazon, and other retail .coms.
