Maxime Nzita Nganga Di Mavambu has extensive work experience in the field of environmental conservation and sustainability. Maxime has held various roles in different organizations, starting from being a Panel Member at the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Stability in the USA in 2012. Maxime has also worked as the Executive Regional Senior Officer and Deputy Executive Secretary at the Greater Virunga Transboundary Collaboration Secretariat from 2008 to 2013. Maxime has been involved in facilitating partnerships and initiatives for forest conservation and biodiversity in the Congo Basin as a Co-Facilitator at the Congo Basin Forest Partnership from 2018 to 2023.
