Allison Soby

Allison Soby, MBA, PHR has over 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Operations. Allison began their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Mission Bay Conference Center. In 2008, they moved to streamlinevents, inc. as an Event Manager and Event Technology Manager. In 2012, they joined Equator Coffees as an Operations & Customer Service Manager. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Operations and Operations & Human Resource Manager at Equator Coffees & Teas. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations at Hiball. In 2018, they joined Clif Bar & Company as an HRIS & Compensation Analyst, HRIS & People Analytics Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Allison is currently the Director of People Operations at Wildtype.

Allison Soby obtained a B.S. in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management from Johnson & Wales University. Allison then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California in 2013. Additionally, they have a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
