Heather Lombardo

Heather Lombardo serves as the Optical Sales Customer Service Manager at Wiley X since October 2012, following roles in commercial sales assistance. Responsibilities include order processing, sales reporting, customer record management, and supporting the Account Managers with various administrative tasks. Heather oversees the Order Entry team, assists with tradeshow preparation, and conducts training for new employees. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Kitchen & Bath Mart and Bearcom Wireless Worldwide, where Heather managed accounts and developed sales materials. Additionally, Heather operates the Lombardo Household as CEO of Domestication, handling various responsibilities including bookkeeping and event planning.
