Caroline McPhee

Caroline McPhee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. They began their career as a PA at P&O Cruises Limited and progressed to Senior Assistant Purser before transitioning to the legal field, where they worked as a paralegal at Covington & Burling and later served as a solicitor and salaried partner at The Howell-Jones Partnership. Caroline joined John Wiley & Sons Limited in 2004, where they rose through the ranks to become Legal Director UK and Corporate Secretary EMEA, managing the UK legal team and overseeing a range of legal matters. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from The University of Hull, a CPE from Middlesex University, and a commendation in the Legal Practice Course from London Guildhall University.
